Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gbaj platform ("Platform") and all its services. "gbaj", "we", "our" refers to the gbaj brand and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person registered on or visiting the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on the gbaj platform and use its services, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account in your own identity — not on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your place of residence.
• You must acknowledge that you are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
• gbaj employees or their immediate family members may not participate on this platform.

gbaj reserves the right to cancel the account of any user who provides false information or does not meet eligibility requirements, and to forfeit the associated funds at any time.

Account Registration and Verification

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts.

• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• gbaj may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before making a withdrawal.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.
• Any changes to registration details must be reported to gbaj immediately.

Wagering Requirement Explained

The wagering requirement refers to how many times the bonus (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit combined) must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable. Example: a 200% bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳2,000. A 20x wagering requirement means a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Not all games may count at the same rate toward the wagering requirement.
• Certain games may not be playable with a bonus — this list is available via live chat.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

VIP Program

The gbaj VIP program has five tiers, with cashback benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression depends on playing activity and loyalty. gbaj reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the gbaj platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and databases — is protected by gbaj's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

gbaj accepts no liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence.
• Errors in third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical failures.
• Consequences of the user violating their local laws.

Where gbaj's fault is proven, compensation will be limited solely to the amount of the relevant transaction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service team directly in the first instance. gbaj always strives for a fair and prompt resolution. In final dispute resolution, gbaj's decision will be considered conclusive unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution.

gbaj reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

• If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and gbaj.
• These terms and conditions are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version is definitive.
